Email Lists

The Lewis Ski Club maintains two email distribution lists:

Last Minute Outings Email List  (General Use: Optional)

This email list is for last minute, impromptu or unofficial Lewis Ski Club member organized outings.  This email list is intended for general use by any club member.   All users are encouraged to subscribe and to use the list. Subscribing to the lewis-ski-lastminute email list is optional, but you must be a subscriber of the list to post to it.  If you notice that it's snowing and decide to make use of the snow but don't want to go alone, this is the list to use.   When completing your membership form, you will be subscribed to this list if you indicate you wish to opt in.   This list is NOT to be used for marketing, sales or commercial purposes.

• Before posting to the list, please familiarize yourself with the Email List Etiquette Guidelines.
• To send email to the last minute list, address your email to:  
  lewis-ski-lastminutelists [dot] nasa [dot] gov
• To send a voice mail or a phone text message to the last minute list, call 216 202 4754.
  Note that your phone number will be posted in the email message to the list.
• To subscribe to the club's last minute e-mail list, fill out the web form at:
  https://lists.nasa.gov/mailman/listinfo/lewis-ski-lastminute
  
  Please be sure to include your full name (first and last) to expedite the subscription approval process.

Official Club Email Distribution List  (Official Use:  Sends to ALL Members)

The club email distribution list is our primary means for distributing club information, social activities, newsletters, schedule/location changes, and other important information.  If you provide email information with your club membership form, you will be subscribed to the email list.   You may also subscribe an additional email address using the online interface.  Posting to the email list is intended for official club use.  If you have a general question, please DO NOT post it to the list, but rather send your questions to a club officer.  Contact information is on our contact page.
